Swift's latest concert took place in Edinburgh, Scotland, where she performed her greatest hits to the Scottish crowd.

During the show, a fan-recorded video captured the 'Bad Blood' singer as she wiped her nose, battling the chilly summer weather of the UK while on stage.

The brief video captured Swift lowering her hand near her glittery mini-skirt, with visible snot on her fingers.

However, the internet has largely defended Swift, with many fans calling the act 'human.'

"What is the problem here? Shows that she's human just like everyone when they don't have access to a Kleenex," one individual commented on social media.

At her recent performance in Edinburgh, Swift stopped the music for a touching surprise engagement proposal.

As one of her songs was ending, she took a moment to speak to the audience.

"I love performing this entire'show in the sunlight, because I'm pretty sure I just saw somebody getting engaged over here," she announced.

Swift then gestured towards the area in the crowd, asking, "Did it happen?"

After receiving some sort of confirmation from the couple or those around them, the singer appeared overjoyed.

She exclaimed, "You have no idea. I never get to see that because it's usually dark at night, but it's not right now, so congratulations!

The heartfelt proposal occurred while Swift was performing 'Cardigan'.
