Pro-Trump rioter was not happy to discover he had been placed on a no-fly list. The news came after the infamous Capitol hill incident and in the wake of Joe Biden's inauguration. This Trump supporter isn't the only one on the list.

Bennie G. Thompson, Chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, asked the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the FBI to put rioters on no-fly lists.

His statement for Forbes says:

"Given the heinous domestic terrorist attack on the U.S. Capitol, I am urging the Transportation Security Administration and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to use their authorities to add the names of all identified individuals involved in the attack to the federal No-Fly List and keep them off planes."

One rioter made a video explaining his side of the story. He announced he was branded a "f**king terrorist," adding that "they" want to "ruin his life."

The TikTok video ended up on Twitter and another person captioned it by explaining the situation:

"People who broke into the Capitol Wednesday are now learning they are on No-Fly lists pending the full investigation. They are not happy about this."

The no-fly list comes in an unfortunate time, as one American Airlines pilot threatened to abandon Trump-supporting passengers in Kansas. Not what one would call professional behavior.

The official report stated that the pilot was "growing tired of their disruptive behavior. The pilot then threatened to leave the group thousands of miles away from home."

Mindy Robinson, the host of Red White and F You, was on the plane. She shared a video on Twitter with a caption:

"Wow. I'm on a plane full of patriots flying from D.C. to Phoenix, and we started chanting "USA,"… The Captain came on said told us he'd drop us off in Kansas if he had to if we didn't obey their every single rule."

American Airlines have defended the pilot. They said he was merely "emphasizing the importance of following crew member instructions and complying with mandatory face-covering policies."

Did the pro-Trump extremists bring it all on themselves? Absolutely. But the country's already divided, so a little compassion and understanding from both sides would make everyone's lives way more comfortable.

The gaps in U.S. society are deepening, but hopefully, the worst is behind the U.S. people.
