However, if you look at how much freedom you have with being single, you will realize that being alone doesn’t mean you are lonely. If you are happy with yourself as a person, you shouldn’t need another person around in order to make yourself feel whole. Sometimes Your Own Company Is The Best Company You can do what you want when you want and you never have to compromise with yourself. You can make choices without having to run them by someone else. You can spend your money how you want. You won’t be brought down by someone else’s bad mood. You don’t have to deal with their constant drama or any crisis they create. There is no arguing over stupid little things. You can watch the movies and TV shows that you want to watch. You can eat the food that you are in the mood for. You don’t have to share your dessert. It can be all about YOU when you are alone. Find Ways To Be Happy Alone By doing all of the above, you might actually find that you prefer to be alone. Sure, you might miss the cuddling and the connection you have with someone else. Learn to shower yourself with love. Pamper yourself and become the best version of YOU that you can be. There’s no excuses now to do what you have always dreamed of doing. There’s nobody holding you back from achieving your goals. In this time, you will learn what you need in order to feel loved. You will find out what you will not tolerate from a potential partner. You will know that you are enough just as you are. When You Find Love With Another, They Will Respect You More After all the time you have spent alone comes to an end, after you have met someone new, that person will know that you expect respect and honesty. They will know that your love for them is real and you expect the same in return. When you are comfortable being alone, you only let those into your life who will add value to it.
