Waking Up Before 10 Is Pure Torture, According To Science.

Based on research by Dr. Paul Kelley at Oxford University, waking up before 10 am messes up with your internal clock, and it is one reason the world is so sleep deprived at the moment.

Admit it. You don’t love waking up early, do you? It is not laziness talking to you when you feel sluggish and punished as you drag yourself out of bed early in the morning. It’s actually your body crying out for help.

According to science, getting up early “… is hugely damaging on the body’s systems because you are affecting physical, emotional and performance systems in the body.”

And not only that, their attendance and mood also improved.

This helps show just how important getting enough sleep is for us. So, if you can sleep for a few more hours in the morning, that would be great for your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
