Anna and Lucy DeCinque are known as the "world's most identical" twins. The women celebrated their 36th birthday alongside their mutual fiance, Ben Byrne.

The Aussie twins became famous after spending over $250,000 on surgeries to look even more alike. Usually, even identical twins have their differences, if not physical, in how they dress or their taste in partners. It's not the case for Perth-born Anna and Lucy.

The twins eat together, shower, and even go to the toilet together, claiming they "live as one person."

The duo also shares a fiancé, and yes, they all sleep in the same bed.

Anna and Lucy spoke up about this unusual arrangement, saying they sleep in king size bed and no one is left out regarding their sex lives.

They want to continue this bond and have children with the same man at the exact same time.

The children would be half-siblings and cousins to each other since their father would also be their uncle.

Lucy revealed they "prefer both of us to be pregnant than one," as she spoke about their mutual desire to have children with Ben.

The trio started dating in 2012, and they have been engaged to each other for a few years.

To get married, the trio will have to get out of Australia, which does not recognize polygamy.
