For the next year, she met up with eight different guys. She then decided to share her stories about steamy meetings in hotel rooms and midnight romances in her autobiography.

While balancing her adventurous sex life with being a good and present mother to her three children, Laura discovered new things about herself.

She learned to prioritize her wishes and needs, and she also found that the best way to satisfy men is simply by asking them what they enjoy.

She did not let her age stop her from feeling and acting confident—a treat many men appreciated about her.

"I didn't buy into the theory that because I was older, I was less desirable. Men were very attracted to the fact I was a strong woman who didn't want anything from them and was calling the shots," she explained.

In her busy life, she managed to find time for her flings.

"If I was having a good date and a man would kiss me goodbye, I would tell them, okay, I have two hours. Let's go back to your place."
