Popeyes chicken sandwich fan destroys her car while cutting in line at a drive-thru.

A woman in Los Angeles has become the latest person to fall victim to the Popeyes chicken sandwich pandemonium after she tried to cut in line at a local drive-thru but ended up destroying her car.

The humble dose of instant karma was captured on camera by several perplexed onlookers at the fast-food chain's Los Angeles location.

In the video, the unidentified woman, driving a silver Mercedes, tries to force her car between a pillar and in front of another vehicle in the line.

Despite the space being obviously too narrow for her car to fit through, she advances regardless. But she ended up scraping the passenger side of her car against the pillar.

As onlookers laughed, the woman grinds her car against the same post again before colliding with another car.

One onlooker calls out in the background:

"It's never that serious."

While another adds:

"All this for a chicken sandwich."

The woman continues to grind her car against the concrete pillar, with dents forming on both of the passenger doors. The car's side-skirting even starts to fall away.

A worker from Popeyes then approaches the woman, informing her they can't take her order because she caused a scene at the drive-thru.

The video ends when the bystander filming pans away to a patron eating one of the sandwiches, asking her, 'is it worth it?' And the diner smiles as she takes a bite and responds, 'yes!'
