Social media influencer and reality star Serena Kerrigan found out that her boyfriend was cheating thanks to iPhone's live photos option.
Cheating in the era of smartphones and social media is not impossible, but it is a bit more challenging.
Getting rid of evidence is not as easy as deleting someone's phone or even a photo, as Serena Kerrigan proved.
In case you are a devoted Android user, live photos are like tiny videos or gifs, so they show as moving pictures as you touch them.
Social Media Influencer Goes Public With The Cheating Story
Now that we've established what live photos are, here is what happened to Serena, the self-proclaimed Queen of Confidence.
As she said in her TikTok video, Serena received a photo of a guy she was dating. It was a picture of an empty bed saying that he missed her.
However, when she clicked on the live photo, she spotted a woman smiling seconds after the snap was taken.
Serena uploaded the content on TikTok, and the video went viral. She captured it:
When the guy you're dating says he misses you, but then you click the live photo. Looks like you have some company."
In the comments, she wrote:
"Nice stuffed animal, bro."
Now you know that seemingly innocent photo might get you in trouble. Do better, or do not cheat!
