You might have just managed to get the last 'Baby Shark' tune out of your head, but there's a new one, and it's going to send your kids equally wild.

Baby Shark—that character every toddler seems to know—has stepped up to tackle the coronavirus pandemic in the best way it knows how.

The sharks and people over at Pinkfong! Kids' Songs and Stories have released a snazzy new version of the classic Baby Shark song you know and love, but wish you could erase from your memory. This time, it's all about washing hands to help combat COVID-19.

The original Baby Shark song, which has actually been in people's consciousness since 2007. It was most popularized by Pinkfong, a South Korean education brand, in 2016.

The recent rendition has been uploaded on YouTube, where it has garnered more than three million views already.

The lyrics are simple, but the point it makes is an important one. While singing, you'll be reminded to wash your hands.

Omitting the repeating verses, the song goes:

"Wash your hands, doo doo doo doo doo (x3)"

"Grab some soap, doo doo doo doo doo (x3)"

"Rub your hands, doo doo doo doo doo (x3)"

"Rinse your hands, doo doo doo doo doo (x3)"

"Dry your hands, doo doo doo doo doo (x3)"

Other parts of the song advise you to cover your sneeze (doo doo doo doo doo) and to cough into your elbow (doo doo doo doo doo), both of which make perfect sense. These hygiene tips can work wonders in stopping the spread of the virus.

The final frame of the video urges viewers to 'stay healthy' and 'join the #BabySharkHandWashChallenge.'

With one listen, your kids will be singing this nonstop, and soon you'll hate this song.

It's a good thing as the video does an excellent job showing you the right way to wash your hands.

Just look at the human pair instead of the shark fins, which don't really emphasize the importance of getting every nook and cranny.

You can as well sing the song while you soak in water to ensure you're washing your hands for the proper length of time.

There's also the dance challenge, which may actually get your toddlers gleefully cheering 'let's stay healthy.'

We know it's pretty horrible not to be able to get "Baby Shark" out of your head. But, now that the classic character has a lesson to teach, we have to embrace it.
