We have all worked with people we would rather not work with. They were rude, inconsiderate, intolerable, or just plain bad work colleagues.

But because we are adults who need to make a living, we sucked it up and focused on the prize: a means to put food on the table.

At other times, things got so bad that all we could do was pray for the day the nightmare would end. And when you finally called it quits, you felt free and relieved.

And let's be honest, many of us have fantasized about quitting in the most spectacular of fashions. But for countless reasons, we thought better of the decision and walked away quietly.

But a particular young woman was not okay with a nonchalant exit from her Walmart job, which she clearly hated because of her racist coworkers, among other issues. And now, she is famous for it.

This wasn't just a typical "screw you" speech to stick it to those who contributed to her decision to quit. She used the store intercom in her department to make several statements.

But she did not stop there. She also recorded the outburst and posted it to TikTok.

Because of the exciting way the employee was leaving her job, a few customers also got interested.

One particular customer caught part of her speech, and it was quite entertaining. A lot of customers with a good sense of humor were quite impressed.

The Young Lady Was Identified As Shana Ragland

Her resignation was unique in that it did not talk about her regret for leaving or how much she would miss her colleagues. Instead, she detailed a litany of vices that culminated in her decision to quit her job.

She had an issue with several things and people, but the highlight of her resignation speech were the racist and sexist colleagues:

Attention all Walmart shoppers, associates, and managers. My name is Shana from Cap 2, and I just want to come on here and say Henry is a racist, stinky prick. Giovanna is racist. Elias is a prick of a manager.

This company fires Black associates for no reason. This company treats their employees like s**t, especially Cap 2.

So, racism was not the only issue the store was grappling with. In fact, perverts also got a mention:

And Jimmy from Sporting Goods, Joseph the cashier, Larry from the Garden Center: You are all perverts, and I hope you don't talk to your daughters the way you talk to me.

To conclude her speech, Ragland had this to say.

F**k the managers, f**k this company, f**k this position, and f**k that big, lazy b***h, Chris Price. I f**king quit.

Many Mixed Reactions

Obviously, after the highly charged speech, the comments started flowing.

Some were clearly quite impressed with her video, with some confirming the issues Ragland raised in her speech.

To some, she was a modern-day hero despite not having a very good job.

However, others were a little concerned that she might have problems securing employment in the future and described her actions as unprofessional.
