A waitress Jennica Cochran kicked out a 'racist SEO,' Michael Lofthouse. Her reward is quite impressive, showing that people know how to compensate for a good deed.

Cochran has received almost 40k dollars in tips so far, and we hope that this number will continue to grow. But money played no role in what went down in California's restaurant.

The Orosa Chan family was having a birthday party at the Luciana Restaurant in Carmel Valley, California. The celebration was almost ruined when British tech company SEO Michael Lofthouse started his racist tirade.

Luckily for the rest of the world, the Chan family had everything on tape. Jordan Chan caught the former CEO saying:

"You f****** need to leave! You f****** Asian piece of s***!"

Cochran didn't hesitate. She told the Lofthouse to get out:

"No, you do not talk to our guests like that! Get out of here!"

"They are valued guests."

The clip went viral and people started to tip the brave women via a GoFundMe page.

Praises for Cochran

The server talked to several news outlets about her reaction. She told KPIX5:

"I've dealt with racism before but never on that scale."

"Never on the level where somebody completely unprovoked felt obligated to voice their hatred for absolutely no reason."

Speaking to ABC News, the woman said that she will always stand up against this or similar treatment:

"I'm not a mother, but I felt almost maternal. Right, like this is my family and I will take care of them and I will do whatever I can to protect these people."

"To have someone hate you just because of the way that you look, that's beyond me. I don't understand it."

"It's not something that I will condone ever again, being silent."

Jordan Chan shared her video on Instagram with the caption:

"It is no coincidence that this man has the audacity to showcase such blatant racism on the 4th of July. White supremacy has a notorious habit of masquerading as patriotism!"

"The fact that Donald Trump is our president (i.e. THE MOST POWERFUL MAN IN THE WORLD) gives racists a platform and amplifies voices of hate."

"The surfacing of racists is so prevalent right now, even in such an ethnically/culturally diverse and liberal state like California, because Trump HIMSELF uses his position to incite racial tension and to promote aggression towards POC, foreigners, and immigrants. We need change!"

The CEO had to step down

Though he issued an apology, no one was buying any of it.

Lofthouse had to step down as a CEO of Solid8. He told the San Francisco Chronicle:

"My behavior in the video is appalling. This was clearly a moment where I lost control and made incredibly hurtful and divisive comments. I would like to deeply apologize to the Chan family. I can only imagine the stress and pain they feel.

"I was taught to respect people of all races, and I will take the time to reflect on my actions and work to better understand the inequality that so many of those around me face every day."

And he confirmed he's no longer woeking:

"I can confirm that I have stepped down from Solid8, terminating all business relationships with immediate effect. I will make it my duty to ensure my personal actions do not continue to have a detrimental impact on those people closest to me."

This CEO made his bed, and Jennica is a hero for not taking BS from anyone, regardless of their social status. Keep in mind that the server and yoga teacher had no idea whether she would lose her job. Yet, she stood up against racism, and it's clear: this world needs more people like Jennica!
