While words do have impacts and effects on our lives, it is the actions of people that we remember more than their words. Their actions speak directly to our hearts and souls. Likewise, our actions speak to the hearts and souls of those around us.

To make sure that you don't hurt others with your behavior, keep all your promises, act with honor, and guide others to do the same.

Know Your Limits

We are all only human and have limitations. That's why it is wise to know your own so you don't make promises that you can't keep.

You can't tell people that you care about them and then fail on keeping your word. If you don't think you'll be able to do something, don't say you will.

And don't expect people to make promises if you are not sure that they can keep them. Don't put people in difficult situations.

Actions Speak Louder Than Words

When it comes to truly caring for someone, they will not have to ask you to prove it with your actions. You will do so automatically. Not because you feel you have to, but because you want to.

And the same is true of people who really really love and care for you. You won't have to ask them to show it - they'll do so often and in sometimes subtle ways.
