“tiger King 2” Is Coming To Netflix

Tiger King took over the world, and now we will get to see more of this unique and somewhat disturbing show as Tiger King 2 is on its way.

You don't have to wait long for the sequel since Tiger King will be back at the end of 2021, and it promises "more madness and mayhem."

How is that even possible?

Tiger King Is One Of Netflix's Finest

The first installment, named Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness, premiered in March 2020. As it was the beginning of the pandemic, the show was a perfect distraction.

The story of Joseph "Joe Exotic" Maldonado-Passage, his tigers, and other big cats at his Tiger King Park in Oklahoma captivated the nation and beyond.

The show was viewed in 64 million households in the first four weeks. Now, if you were a fan, you know that Maldonado-Passage was sentenced to 22 years in prison for hiring two killers to murder his arch-nemesis and rival, Carole Baskin.

He got his sentencing reduced, but he will surely be in prison for many years to come.

So, who is coming back for an even crazier show?

Directors Eric Goode and Rebecca Chaiklin, executive producers Chris Smith and Fisher Stevens will be back, but things are a bit confusing when it comes to on-screen characters.

Another confusing thing is that Tiger King Park no longer exists, and all the big cats were taken by federal officials in May, while smaller ones waited until August.

Tiger King had seven episodes to tell its bizarre real crime story. We have yet to find out how many will be in the sequel, filmed in early 2021, a year after Joe Exotic was jailed.

Will you be watching Tiger King 2? Which eccentric characters do you think we will see again in this unusual crime TV show?

Netflix announced more true crime shows, including The Puppet Master: Hunting the Ultimate Conman, The Tinder Swindler, Trust No One: The Hunt for the Crypto King, and Bad Vegan. All will be available at the beginning of 2022.
