A woman from Barcelona has been charged with biting off her ex-boyfriend's tongue during a breakup after asking him for "one last kiss." Imagine what would've happened if she asked for one more night with him...

Adaia Lopez Esteve tore off her ex-boyfriend's tongue and spat it on the floor.

Esteve and the unnamed victim dated for two months, but he grew tired of her mood swings, so they stopped dating for a while. Then, they rekindled their romance, which lasted for four whole months. The relationship ended painfully, to say the least.

Esteve is facing eight years in jail

When the ex told Esteve about his decision to, once again, end their relationship, she was aggressive. But, he had no idea what would happen next. Perhaps he knew she wouldn't take it well, but things took quite a bizarre twist.

Eventually, she calmed down and asked for a hug. That's when she politely asked for another kiss and bit off the man's tongue.

After leaving the victim bleeding, she fled. Luckily, a neighbor heard his screams, so the poor guy didn't bleed to death.

His lawyers want to see her jailed for ten years, but it's more likely she will get eight years in prison.

Esteve was arrested by Catalan police but gave no statement. She was released on bail but charged with causing injuries.

Despite the ex's tongue as evidence, Adaia said that he's the abusive one, claiming the ex tried to suffocate her as she left his flat. We do believe that he did put up a fight while she was trying to take a portion of his tongue with her...

What's that saying? "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned?" Sounds about right.
