Don’t think depressed person will walk around with their head hanging, looking gloomy and sad.
No. Depressed people can also be highly functional. They might not even know they are depressed.
Some people will always appear positive and cheerful, however depressed they are. Others might always seem gloomy or pensive, regardless of how happy they are.
So, don’t always expect someone’s face to tell you they are depressed.

First, someone may be difficult to please, willing to inflict harm on themselves, lack motivation, feel guilty over ‘nothing’, pursue perfectionism, seem anxious, have low self-esteem, neglect their needs, and act in a narcissistic manner.
Depression is bad, regardless of the cause. It can push people off the edge and ruin their lives forever.
That is why no kind of depression should be downplayed.
