You might argue the two shouldn't meet, But this new wine, called Canna Vine, takes the best part of vino and adding it to your favorite bud, making a vessel for you to get drunk and high all at the same damn time. This new product lets you get mellow without making your living space smoky.

That's right. For the first time, winemakers are commercially producing cannabis-laced wines that will get you extra lit.

However, before you head on to empty your bank account to get a supply of this weed merlot, there are a few conditions you need to keep in mind.

First, this glorious ganja wine is only commercially available in California state. All other marijuana-friendly states don't allow alcohol to be infused with cannabis, even in states like Washington, Oregon, and Colorado, where recreational marijuana use is legal.

In Canada, it's a different story. Canadians have been mixing hemp with wines, liquors, and beers for some time now. They're commercially available on the West Coast.

The second condition is that this wine-infused marijuana is Rx. It means you'll need a medical marijuana license to get your hands on a bottle of these bad boys.

Thirdly, you better be ready to spend some serious cash if you want to turn up with a pot-laced pinot. This stoner-approved wine doesn't come cheap. Some of these ganja wines will cost you anywhere from $120 to $400 for just half a bottle.

That's pretty steep, especially on folks with low budgets.

Finally, there's the slight aspect of what you actually get in the bottle. While actual weed contains THC, most Canna Vines contain hemp, which will not get you that super high.

If you're seeking to replicate the same 'super lit' effects as downing an entire bottle while smoking some joints simultaneously (which might lead to some wild and not-so-fun high effects), this might not be a good option for you.

But if you're a connoisseur of good grass and you consider yourself a wine enthusiast, then these weed-infused wines might just be made for you.

Lisa Molyneux, a marijuana enthusiast, told Los Angeles Times that drinking weed-infused wine gives you a mellow, more physical body high rather than a mental high.

Molyneux revealed:

"There's a little flush after the first sip. But, then the effect is really cheery, and at the end of the night, you sleep really well."

"It really is the best of both worlds; you get delicious wines with medicinal benefits."
