A TikTok user has observed that a number of notorious serial killers have a commonality in their zodiac signs, all being associated with the same four star signs. Interpret the information as you may.

Lauren Skirvin (@whydontyoub***haboutit), who identifies as an "armchair astrologist," created a compilation of well-known murderers and their corresponding zodiac signs. This list includes notorious figures such as Jeffrey Dahmer, who is the focal point of a new, haunting Netflix series, as well as Ted Bundy and Ed Gein.

"For those of you who don't believe in astrology, how can you explain that there's only four signs included in this long list?" she asked

"That's wild."

Skirvin highlighted the presence of one zodiac sign from each of the elemental categories in the list of serial killers - Sagittarius representing fire, Gemini representing air, Pisces symbolizing water, and Virgo representing earth.

She noted that Virgo was the most prevalent sign, with 10 serial killers on the list being born under the sign of Virgo.

"You know that their crime scenes are immaculate though," Skirvin said.

"You know they're bleaching those crime scenes within an inch of their lives, and they're perfectionists, so no stone is left unturned."

Gemini was the second most frequently occurring sign on the list, with notorious killers such as Jeffrey Dahmer and David "Son of Sam" Berkowitz both belonging to this zodiac sign.

"Pisces is surprising to nobody either, because they let s**t build up and then they explode." The TikTok user pointed out that among the eight serial killers listed as Pisces, John Wayne Gacy and Richard "The Night Stalker" Ramirez were included.

She continued: "Sagittarius is most surprising, but they're only listed four times here."

"Sagittarius is chaotic and impulsive – I don't know, you mix that with mental health issues, and I could see it happening."

Earlier in the video, Skirvin mentioned the absence of a specific zodiac sign that she had expected to see on the list.

"The most surprising thing about this list is that Scorpio is not on it," she said.

"However, a name that is missing from this list is the Zodiac killer, who a team of codebreakers has decided was Gary Francis Poste, who's a Scorpio."

"So we don't know if that's true or not, but if it's true - if he is a Scorpio - he would be the one Scorpio out of the list."

Skirvin added: "Have you ever seen a Scorpio pop off? It is so frightening."

Her observations contrast with those of podcaster Meg Miller (@gruesomepodcast), who recently asserted that the majority of serial killers are actually Capricorns.

Ian Brady, Joel Rifkin, Harold Shipman, the infamous Vasili "Wolf of Moscow" Komaroff, and German serial killer Niels Högel were all born under the zodiac sign of Capricorn.

According to Astrology Zodiac Signs, individuals born under the sign of Capricorn are known for being good managers, having qualities of responsibility, discipline, and strong self-control.

"It is the sign of decisions made to be protected from monsters in our minds, lives, and immediate physical surrounding," the website says.

"Always ready to transform into something that scares those scary things off, Capricorn speaks of each natural chain reaction of fear, where one scary thing leads to many others, rising up as defensive mechanisms that only make things worse."

"Immersed in their secrecy, they face the world just as they are – brave enough to never run away, but constantly afraid of their inner monsters."

It's important to note that there are still a significant number of infamous killers that were not mentioned by either Skirvin or Miller.

As an example, H. H. Holmes, the Chicago chemist who transformed a hotel into a place of torture, was a Taurus, while Pedro "Monster of the Andes" López was a Libra.
