Since 2000, scientists have deciphered a significant portion of the human genetic code, but the functions and origins of many genes remain a mystery. Some are concerned about the potential for scientists to misuse this knowledge to create genetically modified "designer babies." However, geneticists believe that this knowledge can revolutionize the field of medicine. In the past, the evolution of life was often compared to a "tree
The "tree of life" is a concept found in many ancient texts and cultures, often attributed to gods who were said to have created humans and other creatures. However, the identity of these creative gods is not clear. Are the stories of fabulous beings, amphibious creatures, and mythical creatures based on real experiences, or are they simply the result of imagination?
Genetic Disc: Deep Biological Knowledge In Ancient Times?
An ancient disk-shaped artifact made of black stone, measuring 22 centimeters in diameter and weighing 2 kilograms, was discovered in South America and is considered one of the most intriguing finds in archaeology. Carvings on the disk appear to depict a sophisticated level of knowledge held by our ancestors. The object has been examined at the Museum of Natural History in Vienna, Austria and found to be made of lydite, a marine sedimentary rock formed in the deep sea, rather than artificial materials like cement. The artifact, named the Genetic disc, was discovered in the territory of Colombia.

The "Genetic Disc" is a prehistoric artifact, believed to have been created around 6000 years ago and attributed to the Muisca culture. Dr. Vera M. F. Hammer, an expert in precious stones and minerals, analyzed the enigmatic object. The symbols on the disk are striking, with both sides covered in illustrations depicting the various stages of intrauterine fetal development.
The "Genetic Disc" also contains a wealth of information on human genetics, which can only be seen under a microscope or other advanced optical instrument. This is surprising as the knowledge and technology to access such information did not exist at the time the disc was created, adding a mysterious aspect to the artifact.
The discovery of the "Genetic Disc" raises many questions, including how the ancient civilization that created it could have obtained such advanced knowledge of human genetics 6,000 years ago. It also raises the possibility that this civilization may have possessed other forms of knowledge that have yet to be discovered.
Drawings that beckon to another part of human history
Colombian Professor Jeime Gutierrez Lega has amassed a collection of mysterious ancient objects over the years, many of which were found in the remote region of Sutatausa in the province of Cundinamarca. These artifacts include stones featuring illustrations of people, animals, and enigmatic symbols and inscriptions written in an unidentifiable language.
The centerpiece of Professor Jeime Gutierrez Lega's collection is the Genetic (also known as the Embryonic) disc, made from lydite - a hard stone originally mined in Lydia, an ancient country located in western Malaysia. Lydite is similar in hardness to granite, but also has a layered structure, making it challenging to work with. Other notable items in the collection include other objects made from this same material.
The stone, also known as darlingite, radiolarite, and basanite, has a bright color and has been used in ancient times for jewelry and mosaics. However, it is considered impossible to be cut or shaped by the tools available to humans 6,000 years ago, due to its hardness and layered structure.
The difficulty in working with the stone arises from its layered structure, which causes it to break easily when cut with tools. Yet, the Genetic disc in the collection is made from this mineral and the designs on it appear more like impressions than carvings. This suggests that an unknown technique was used in its creation, the details of which remain a mystery to this day.
Underground tunnels located throughout the jungles
Another mystery surrounds the origin of the stone. Professor Lega found it in the possession of a local resident who said they found it near the city of Sutatausa. However, some researchers, like writer Erich von Däniken, believe it could be from the rare collection of Father Carlos Crespi, a missionary who collected ancient artifacts in Ecuador in the mid-20th century.
Father Crespi never organized his collection, but it is known to contain objects that do not belong to any known ancient cultures of South America. These objects mainly include metal objects, but also stone circles and tablets with inscriptions and drawings.
After Father Crespi's death, some of his collection was given to the Vatican, while others were discarded. According to Crespi, local citizens found the inscribed tablets near the Ecuadorian city of Cuenca in underground tunnels and chambers in the jungle. He also claimed that there was an ancient network of underground tunnels, 200 kilometers long, stretching from Cuenca to the jungle. It's possible the Genetic disc could be related to the creators of these underground structures.
Incredible illustrations on the stone circle

The illustrations on the disc also raise many questions. Both sides of the disc feature accurate depictions of the entire process of human conception, including the function of reproductive organs, the moment of conception, the development of the fetus in the womb, and the birth of the baby.
On the left side of the disc, there is a clear illustration of sperm without spermatozoa, with a separate illustration next to it showing sperm with spermatozoa. The author likely intended to depict the formation of the male reproductive cells.
It should be noted that the discovery of spermatozoa was not made until 1677 by Antonie van Leeuwenhoek and his student, and this was only possible with the invention of the microscope. However, the illustrations on the disc suggest that knowledge of spermatozoa existed in ancient times.
At the position of 1 o'clock on the disc, there are several fully formed spermatozoa depicted. Adjacent to it is an enigmatic drawing that scientists have yet to decipher. Near the position of 3 o'clock, there are illustrations of a man, a woman, and a child.
On the upper portion of the opposite side of the disc, there are illustrations depicting a fetus in various stages of development, culminating in the formation of a newborn. These drawings depict the progression of fetal development within the uterus. Additionally, at the position of 6 o'clock, there are illustrations of a man and a woman. Research has determined that these drawings depict the basic stages of fetal development in a human and can be easily recognized.
Conclusion
The "Genetic Disc" raises many questions and its origins and methods of creation remain a mystery. Studies suggest that it belonged to an advanced civilization in the past but much is still unknown.
