Arizona sixth-grade teacher pleads guilty to raping a 13-year-old while another student stood guard.
Brittany Zamora groomed and raped the boy from Las Brisas Academy, Arizona, on multiple occasions.
On one occasion, the teacher assaulted the boy in a classroom while another 11-year-old student kept watching.
After the sexual relation came to light, the police arrested her. She pleaded guilty to sexual conduct with a minor, attempted molestation of a minor, and public sexual indecency.

According to court documents, the victim's stepmom told cops that she noticed the boy 'was acting suspiciously.' And every time he was in his bedroom, he kept his door shut.
Afterward, she installed a parental monitoring app on the boy's phone and began getting alerts on inappropriate texts.
She then confronted the boy who confessed he had sexual relations with his teacher.
The victim told police Zamora had sent him nude photos after messaging each other in a classroom group chat.
They afterward escalated their relationship and had multiple sexual encounters.
In one of their texts, the boy texted Zamora, saying that he wanted to have sex with her.
On the other hand, the teacher encouraged the teen, responding:
"I know, baby!"
"I want you every day with no time limit."
Another text Zamora sent the boy said:
"If I could quit my job and [have sex with] you all day long, I would."

Zamora also sent the teen nude photos and a photo of her wearing lingerie.
The pair later engaged in sexual contact during class while other students were watching a video.
During interrogation, the victim also told police that he and his friend stayed after school one day to prepare for a talent show.
Zamora then came and began kissing him when the two boys were alone with her in the classroom.
He also revealed that she asked his friend to stay in the room and be on the lookout before they finally had sex.

On another two occasions, she drove the boy to his grandparents' home to have sex with him in her car while her husband was fishing, the boy revealed.
Moreover, the teen said they performed oral sex on each on a different occasion.
Court documents also revealed three students at the school had complained to administrators about Zamora favoring the boy.
Some students went so far as to suggest that she was 'dating' or 'in a relationship' with the teen.
The school principal said in an interview:
"Everyone talked about them having an inappropriate relationship outside of class and at recess."
The court then released the handwritten notes the pair shared during class.

During Zamora's trial, an attorney read a victim impact statement from the victim's mother.
The statement read:
"Brittany Zamora betrayed our trust and changed [the boy] forever."
"Before, he was an innocent child, and now she stole his innocence from him. I hate Brittany Zamora for what she did to my son and family."

Zamora was then sentenced to 20 years in prison.
