Substitute Teacher Told Student She Loved Him, 'Physically Lifted Her Breast' And Put It On His Chest

A substitute teacher in South Carolina, Angela Bianca Hilton-Hecht, has been arrested for allegedly engaging in inappropriate conduct with a male student. She has been charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and unlawful communication. According to WMBF, the accusations against her are shocking.

1. Hilton-Hecht Certainly Didn't Act Like A Teacher

According to the Myrtle Beach Police Department, Angela Bianca Hilton-Hecht, a substitute teacher, allegedly engaged in inappropriate physical contact with a student during class, invited students to smoke marijuana at her home, and sent unwanted and improper text messages to students while working at Myrtle Beach High School.

2. She Then Sexually Assaulted One Male Student In Particular

The police claim that while students were participating in TikTok dances during class, Hilton-Hecht allegedly grabbed a boy by the waist, told him she loved him, and then physically lifted her breast with both hands and pressed it against the boy's chest. The arrest warrant states that the boy was under the age of 16.

3. Some Of The Texts Messages She Sent Were Extremely Foul-Mouthed

Some of the alleged text messages sent by Hilton-Hecht contained offensive language, including the phrase "such nasty little [censored]," and "Yes I am a [censored], I am that WITCH, RICH [censored], Like A [censored] Salem Witch Trial, I am going to [censored] miss all of you."

4. The Horry County School District Fired Hilton-Hecht And Let The Police Take Over

Hilton-Hecht was terminated from her substitute teaching position on November 12, 2021, after only a month on the job, due to alleged inappropriate and erratic behavior. The Horry County School (HCS) released a statement, "HCS is aware of the recent arrest of a former substitute teacher at Myrtle Beach High School, Ms. Angela Hilton. The arrest stems from inappropriate and erratic behavior she displayed in November. As of November 12, 2021, HCS terminated our temporary employment relationship with Ms. Hilton."
