When designing high-end shoes, perhaps there are a few comparisons less desirable than 'prison slippers.'
Unfortunately for Kanye West, his new Yeezy slides have been likened to prison shoes by none other than his long-time critic Snoop Dogg.
The Gin and Juice rapper savagely compared the footwear to 'jail slippers,' and we see where he's coming from.

Kayne West is no stranger to fashion critiques.
He has never been afraid to push the boundaries of fashion design, even if it means selling what some people would call "run-of-the-mill" items for ridiculously high prices.
Everyone went nuts when Kanye launched his collection with Adidas
We're talking about a $235 camo tee, $625 duck boots, and a wool sweater for a whopping $1690!
A pair of Yeezy sweatpants even went for $575, and I must agree they definitely look like they came 'from goodwill.'
In case you're looking for a hoodie with arms and hood cut off, that'd cost you a cool $545.

Be sure to sell your kidneys first. My friend got something similar for under $10.
The reason fans are reluctant to shell out that kind of money is that Kanye's items don't seem like anything special.
Someone out there just branded his collection "homeless clothes" on Twitter!
His latest items are these Yeezy slides for kids.
An image and video presentation of the new slippers were initially shared on Kim Kardashian West's Instagram Story but later reposted by the gossip page TheShadeRoom.

Gushing over the tiny shoes, Kim said:
"New Yeezy slides for kids. OMG Saint. Look at Psalm's, look at Chi's."
One of her kids, Saint, loved them so much that he refused to take them off!
Twitter users weren't quite as impressed with the shoes.
Snoop isn't the only one who dislikes the new shoe design
Iconic rapper Snoop Dogg slammed the slides, commenting:
'She's been getting dudes out of jail now he gone sell jail slipper [sic].'
"W.T.F. None of my bidness."
The rapper was referring to Kim's recent focus on criminal justice reform, but he couldn't take the dull beige and olive colors of the slippers seriously. And his comment gained over 21,000 likes
Actor Milan Christopher commented:
"This man bout to sell y'all $2 Prison slippers for $500?' along with a crying of laughter emoji and an exasperated face emoji.
Another user commented:
"Bruh… these are the slides they give you at County Jail…a friend told me."
While another user said:
"You could just go to jail and get them free."
