High functioning anxiety can come off as quirkiness. Your actions and mannerisms might be driven by anxiety, but your face shows none of it.

You regularly seek the best, including unattainable perfection, usually as part of a desire to make everyone happy. But even after accomplishing great things, you cannot accept them.
