Reports have emerged claiming that the late Robin Williams required every company he worked for either during an event or a film project to hire a particular number of homeless people. When he took his own life, Williams was 63 years old, and the world deeply felt the loss.

He used his job opportunities to improve the lives of the less fortunate around him by trying to get them work.

We already know how incredible Robin Williams was, but the fact that a booking agent has shared this story about him makes him much more adorable. This cements his reputation as one of the best people in Hollywood.

Often, Williams took funny and charming roles in films. The roles include Alladin, Mrs. Doubtfire, and Good Will Hunting.

For this reason, Williams holds an extraordinary place in our hearts. Still, if you wanted additional proof that he was an incredible guy, then there it is.

Brian Lord posted the information on his website with the title "a little-known Robin Williams story." He did this to demonstrate just how compassionate the film star was.

He begins the story by saying:

"Years ago I learned a very cool thing about Robin Williams, and I couldn't watch a movie of his afterward without thinking of it. I never actually booked Robin Williams for an event, but I came close enough that his office sent over his rider."

A "rider" is a list of demands or conditions a talent needs while working on the set. For instance, Jay-Z likes PB&J sandwiches, while Selena Gomez only requires chicken pot pie and pickles.

Lord was certainly quite surprised to see Williams' rider.

One of his conditions was that for every event he did, the company hiring him also had to hire a particular number of homeless people and put them to work.

Although Lord says he is not sure if the star did this while doing stuff with his own time and money, he claims that Williams used his influence as an entertainer to ensure that companies and event planners understood the need to offer vulnerable people a chance to work.

He wondered how many production companies upheld the practice even after their contracts with Williams were over, or how many of these people got a chance to earn an income, even if it was just temporarily, because of Williams' influence.

The Jumanji star has been gone for seven years now, but amazing stories about him continue to emerge, demonstrating to the world just how incredible he was while still with us.
