Ricky Gervais, The Office and After Life creator, wants to be canceled. The British superstar who recently went vegan due to his love for animals does not have high hopes for humanity.
He told Heat that in his new stand-up Armageddon, he is going to try and get canceled. And to be fair, it wouldn't be his first try.
Gervais said:
"I'm treating it like it's my last one ever. It won't be, but I want to put everything into it. I want to try and get canceled."
Ricky stated numerous times that a comedy should not have any off-limit topics. With Armageddon, he will tackle all the current problems, and if he thinks that's enough to get into hot waters, we believe him.
Ricky Gervais is an old-school comedian, and he will tackle everything, from the Holocaust to rape. Yet, though offensive, his jokes never make a victim a punchline, which is why millions adore him.
Gervais, Emmy winner, who hosted the Golden Globes several times, attacked Hollywood and called out several stars.
Ironically or not, Ricky Gervais is one of the most charitable famous people, as long as you do not mention religion to him or force him to explain why he does not want to have children.
