'Real Housewives Of Miami' Elsa Patton Dead At 84

Mama Elsa, of the Real Housewives of Miami, has sadly died at the age of 84. She was the mother of fellow Real Housewives of Miami star Marysol Patton.

Mama Elsa, also called Elsa Patton, died during Mother's Day weekend after struggling with a long illness, according to a statement released by her family on Sunday, May 12.

Elsa was a much-loved part of her show, and she even had a web series spin-off called Havana Elsa, which inspired her to start her own coffee chain.

She was also a recurring star on the Bravo series, which gained popularity between 2011 and 2013. Her constant laughs made her a beloved character by many.

Elsa's family has thanked her friends and fans who've been supporting her condition through her last days.

The family also announced that private funeral services will be held in Miami.

She's survived by her two children Thomas Antony Jones and Marysol, her daughter-in-law, and her grandson. Elsa's husband, Donald, died in 2018.
