To be clear, I am not a terrible driver. And I am not a pro either, but this does not mean I knock bins over, rear-end other road users, stop in the middle of intersections, or park like a jerk.

I also don't get road signs mixed up and fill other drivers with frustration and rage.

But also, I am not exactly the best driver.

Yes, I have run over a few flower pots, parked a few times wrongly, missed a few exits, and gone past a few 'difficult' parking spots until I find one I am confident I can park in safely without hitting someone's car.

And I am okay with that.

I accept the fact that not all of us were born with stunt-driving genes.

I take even greater comfort in knowing that I am not alone in this. There are many other people out there who are nowhere close to being pro drivers, just like me.

Siri is the ideal assistant. Whatever question you have, she can answer, and whatever help you need, she is there to assist however best she can.

But if you are a terribly bad driver, Siri will quickly ditch you and your crazy driving. Who knew?

Usually, it's people who give up on Siri, not the other way round.

Tweaking The Rules

Parking is a nightmare for many people. And it's not always because there aren't spots to park.

Some drivers just really suck at parking.

The only motivation that gets them to finally make the decision to park is giving up on finding a particularly good spot to park their cars.

Usually, this comes after they are tired of going round and round without finding the perfect spot.

Sometimes, the best way to deal with our shortcomings is to laugh at them. If you consistently have a streak of bad driving mishaps, at least you know you are not alone in this - there are hordes of us.
