I’m sure most of you have heard or read something about the Law of Attraction(LOA). Whether you are aware of it or not, we all use the Law of Attraction every day of our lives. The basic break down of the Law of Attraction is that our thoughts create our reality.  Every thought, negative or positive creates an effect in our outside world. When you become consciously aware of the power of your thoughts, you can consciously control your outer world. So it’s necessary to be mindful of your thoughts. LOA is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we focus the most on. Positive or negative thoughts bring a positive or negative experience in our lives.

1. Focus On What You Want.

If you are still unsure what exactly you want in life, don’t stress. Spend your time thinking about your dreams and wishes, no matter how big or small. Anything you desire, it can be something as simple as a new dress you saw, but you can’t afford it right now. Just imagine yourself buying the dress, wearing the dress, owning the dress. The trick is to believe what you want is already yours. Think in the present, so tell yourself, I’m so happy with the new dress that I NOW own.

2. Don’t Waste Energy On People Who Drain You And Pull You Down.

You can’t expect positive and happy experiences in your life if you surround yourself with negative or toxic people, it’s that simple! You need to free your soul of the negativity, be it bad habits, addictions or toxic people. Anything that suffocates you and brings you down needs to be cut from your life.

3. Let Go Of The Past.

There is no point wasting any of your energy or thoughts on the past. You need to accept things in your past. Both mistakes you made or experiences you went through, if you keep reliving them, you only encourage similar circumstances to keep showing up in your life. Let it go! Focus on the present, the here and now, and live in the moment.

4. Give Your Energy To The Things You Love.

It’s a massive weight off when you can cut the chord with toxic people or things around you. Spend your time doing the things that make you happy, anything that ignites your soul won’t lead you astray. Take up a hobby, be creative, do the things that make your soul shine. When you follow your bliss by doing all the things you love, you will find more and more things in your experience for you to love and enjoy. What you put out, you get back.

5. It’s Your Life, So Live It For You.

Don’t let others define you or tell you what you should or shouldn’t be doing. It’s your life, and you get to decide what works best for you. Don’t let anyone convince you that you are not worthy of your dreams. Believe in your dreams no matter how far fetched they seem to others, and most importantly, believe in yourself! Be confident about your goals and seem them as already accomplished.

6. Set Goals.

Set some realistic goals for yourself. A great trick is to create a vision board, get together images of all the things you dream of, new house, car, clothes, etc. Place your vision board somewhere that you notice it every day, and everyday aim for your goals. You will be amazed after only a few months of clear focus and aligning your feelings as if you already have your dreams, how quickly you can get ahead in your life. Never underestimate the power of your thoughts and intentions.

7. Be Grateful For All That You Already Have.

Being grateful for all that’s good in your life already, opens you up to a world of more and more things for you to be grateful for. Every morning when you wake up, be grateful, be grateful for all the people who love you, your home, car, etc. Make a list, and each day add two new things you are grateful for, no matter how small and watch how all the things you are grateful for grows and grows.

8. Meditate.

Finding peace within yourself is so important if you want peace in your outer world. Take just 5 mins every day to meditate and bring stillness to search for the peace within you. Meditation will help you reach that blissful state which helps you get through your day with smooth flow. Meditation also helps keep all your chakras unblocked which all helps with the manifestation process.
