A former plumber turned adult film performer has established the first ever university for porn stars.

Andy Lee, recognized for his 10.5-inch genitalia, is seeking to assist a greater number of individuals in entering the porn industry.

The man from Dublin aims to encourage individuals to cultivate their abilities rather than relying solely on their inherent traits by offering a university-style educational program.

He opened the institution last week at his lecture and filming facility located in Cambridgeshire.

He reports that a group of 250 individuals and another group of 67 males have already enrolled.

"All my mates were asking how do you get into porn, what do you do, and I am telling them all the time and it's very tiring telling one person at a time," the 34-year-old told Daily Star.

"So I developed the world's first porn star university and lots of people are coming to me and I am teaching them how to do things in the right way so they are not abused in the industry."

"I am also warning them about people throwing money at them to do stuff they may not want to do."

Andy, who relocated to London in 2010 following a period in Australia, believes that everyone should participate in the porn industry.

He thoroughly enjoys the profession and not in a "seedy creepy" manner.

"Since I opened up my sexuality and my sexual experiences I live just a happier life. The porn industry is amazing because it can pay really well if you are good at it," Andy said.

"It gives you freedom and time and those are the main things in life, you are not stuck in a 9-5 job where you have no life."

"You get to meet the greatest people and the sex workers around me are my favorite people in the world."

The highlight of the fully in-person program is that it is completely free of charge.

"I rent the studio out and that's how I make money," he added.

"But people wanting to get into the porn industry it's totally free because I know how difficult it is trying to get in."

"So they call me and we meet up. I go through social media with them and have a chat. I ask if they are sure they are ready for everybody in the world to see everything. A lot of the time people pull out after that conversation."

"But for those interested, I get them to do their first video with me if they are comfortable or I get them to do a video with someone else they are comfortable with."

"I can introduce them to the right people and we have WhatsApp groups where we give each other advice."

"It seems to be working, everything is going really well. Anyone can contact me about it."
