At the moment, there is a petition seeking to replace Amber Heard in Aquaman 2. People are proposing that the role be handed to Blake Lively.

Depp, who is 58-years-old, and Heard, 36-years old, have lawsuits against each other. After Depp decided to sue Heard for defamation, demanding $50 million, Heard decided to countersue for $100 million.

The lawsuits started after Heard wrote an op-ed for The Washington Post where she claimed to have been a victim of domestic abuse.

According to Depp's legal team, the article depicted that he was physically abusive towards her when she was his wife. Nevertheless, she did not directly name Depp.

Still, everyone knew who she was talking about, and Depp's career took a hit. In court, his team cited his ruined Hollywood career as one of the consequences of Heard's allegations against him.

Consequently, many fans of the actor are demanding that Heard be taken off the upcoming Aquaman film in the same way Depp was taken off Fantastic Beasts and Pirates of the Caribbean franchises. He was taken off the projects after she started accusing him of being an abuser.
