A mother of two tragically fell to her death from her apartment on Christmas Day after she opened Christmas presents with her family.

51-year-old Sharon Anne Daly-O'Dwyer was living on the fourth floor of Shepherd's Bush flat in London.

Sharon's Tragic Death

The tragic accident took place when the mom went outside on the balcony to have a cigarette in the morning. It was an hour later after she visited her other family and close friends for Christmas Day.

Her 22-year-old daughter, Taylor Daly-Black, and 19-year-old son, Drew Daly, in addition to the barmaid's youngsters, suddenly heard a loud bang.

They then rushed to check on the mom, before discovering that she had already hit the ground beneath.

Taylor said to The Mirror: "I got down to help her out yet it was quite clear she had kicked the bucket, she wasn't breathing and her eyes were open.

"I held her hand when they halted the CPR and shut her eyes when they said they couldn't do any longer. I gave her a kiss and said I love you."

It was too late to revive the mom when paramedics arrived; they pronounced her dead at the scene.

"She was truly content with her presents," Taylor added, implying that they had been having a normal Christmas morning.

"She said she planned to head to sleep prior to making supper yet would simply have a cigarette. We were inside for two minutes when we heard a blast," she continued.

A GoFundMe Page was Set Up to Support Them

To give the mom the farewell she deserves, Taylor's close friend Georgie Dileo set up a GoFundMe page for her on December 27th.

Although the page had a target of £4,000, it has raised over £11,000 with the kindness of friends and compassionate people.

It says: "It's with a particularly hefty heart and eyes brimming with tears, I'm even composing this.

"My closest companion and lovely sibling, Taylor and Drew Daly lost their valuable Mum, Sharon Anne Daly-O'Dwyer, yesterday 25th December 2020 at 10 am.

"I am engaging all companions, family, and each and every individual whose heart Sharon contacted, or anybody's half a quart she pulled. We are collecting however, as much cash as we can to help Taylor and Drew and the remainder of her family pay for an excellent farewell and burial service she merits."

"Every individual who knew her adored her and consistently had a particularly decent time with her!"

"We can't articulate what the world will resemble without her and her wonderful kids and grandson will proceed with her memory and make her much more happy than they have as of now."

One Met Police representative said to the Bush: "Police were called to a location in Shepherd's Bush, W12 at 10.09 am on Friday, 25 December.

"Officials went with London Ambulance Service and found a 51-year-elderly person with wounds steady with a tumble from stature. In spite of the best endeavors of the crisis administrations, she was articulated dead at the scene. Her demise isn't being treated as dubious."
