Last month, the most surgically-enhanced model on OnlyFans had to undergo surgery after one of her 38J implants ruptured.

As a result of the implant rupture, she was left with a "uni-boob" which made her consider the possibility of going for a more natural look.

Notwithstanding her thoughts of going natural, Mary's latest photo suggests that her new chest size is still quite sizable.

In haste, the 30-year-old took to Instagram to share a selfie of herself wearing a "Dump him" crop top, with her cleavage prominently displayed.

She complemented her provocative display with a fresh-faced makeup look and a pouty smile.

The Canadian model tantalized her 87,700 Instagram followers, as she wrote: "I think my shirt's too small."

"You fixed them," exclaimed one fan, as another added: "You're back!"

"Hope you're healing up good and can't wait for you to be back home soon," added a third.

At the beginning of February, Mary disclosed that her implant had ruptured.

She told fans: "Hey you guys, so this is my boob now. So yeah basically my breast implant popped – again."

"I'm having surgery to take them out next week. I'm going to go back natural in not only my boobs but other parts of my body too."

Mary is recognized for her highly modified look, which she attained through spending £81,000 on numerous cosmetic surgeries, including Brazilian butt lift, multiple breast augmentations, lip injections, veneers, nose jobs, and even a brow transplant.

She gained notoriety for having the "world's fattest vagina", but had to undergo labiaplasty to rectify the damage caused by unauthorized fillers that left her vagina looking like "female testicles".
