Mariana Varela, known as Miss Argentina, and Fabiola Valentín, known as Miss Puerto Rico, were dating "privately" for two years. The two have now revealed that they are married.

Mariana Varela, 26, and Fabiola Valentín, 22 met at Miss Grand International in 2020. They both ended up in the Top 10 in the competition.

Since then they have regularly been showing up as friends on social media. However, the two recently decided to reveal their secret romantic relationship.

"After deciding to keep our relationship private, we opened the doors to them on a special day," Mariana captioned a post on Instagram.

The post consisted of a video showing clips from her and Fabiola's life together. The two beauties could be seen on a romantic boat ride in Mexico and enjoying Jobos beach in Puerto Rico.

The video also showed the day they got engaged. The living room was full of balloons and some of them were hanging in the window, forming the words "Marry me".

The couple looked happy and excited when they exchanged matching diamond rings.

We got to see romantic moments from their wedding with family and friends. The wedding took place in the Marriage Bureau in San Juan, Puerto Rico on October 28.

Same-sex marriage has been allowed in Argentina since 2010 and in Puerto Rico since 2015.

The two beauty queens have been congratulated by friends and followers on social media.

"Omg congratulations MGI brought together a beautiful union," a follower wrote.

"Congratulations beautiful. God bless your union and long live love!!!!" another praised them.

"Congratulations my beauties. So beautiful that God gives you many blessings in your relationship and never ever lack the love so beautiful you have between you," a third thought.

The couple was grateful for the support and thanked their followers.

"Thanks for all the love! We are very happy and blessed. I wish you that the love you are giving us is multiplied! Endless thanks," Mariana wrote.
