McDonald's unveils $200 Wedding Package in Indonesia, offering chicken sandwiches and nuggets.
McDonald's, the largest fast-food chain globally, has recently announced a unique wedding package priced at $200 for couples who desire to include the iconic golden arches in their special celebration.

According to a post on McDonald's official Instagram account in Indonesia, the wedding package includes 100 chicken sandwiches and 100 packs of four-piece chicken nuggets.
"McD'ers, let's make the wedding moment more memorable with the Wedding Mekdi package," states the post on McDonald's Indonesian Instagram account. "Available various other exciting package options with a minimum order of 200 pcs."

According to Rizki Haryadi, the corporate communication supervisor of McDonald's in Indonesia, there are additional options available besides chicken sandwiches and nuggets.
"There are other service options as well, where we can also provide food stalls at an additional cost," Haryadi told the Sun.
"The wedding package is not for holding a wedding at a McD store, but only for food, such as catering with prices starting from $235, with a minimum purchase of 200 products."

While currently available only in Indonesia, there is a possibility that the wedding package could make its way to the US.
The introduction of this unique wedding package in Indonesia comes after reports of fast food restaurants hosting weddings, including a branch in Hong Kong, according to the Sun.
For an additional $127, the "Happiness Party" package offers a comprehensive bundle that includes invitations, venue, audio equipment, and food, alongside the basic price of $382.
The announcement has sparked amusement among many social media users.
"The new breakthrough is now an international restaurant brand entering into weddings," a commenter worked.
"It's crazy when you open a package like this, home catering automatically panics," someone pointed out.
The Grimace shake, originally introduced by McDonald's to celebrate one of its mascots, has gained unexpected popularity as TikTokers put their own twist on it.
This berry-infused beverage, set to be available on June 12, is a tribute to Grimace's birthday and captures the "iconic color and sweetness" associated with the character, according to the fast-food chain.
KnowYourMeme reports that a TikTok user, @thefrazmaz, shared a video the following day, sipping the shake and then panning to show the maker seemingly unconscious or potentially lifeless on the floor, with the purple liquid pooling nearby.
As these peculiar videos rapidly spread on social media, several tech-savvy teenagers vied to create even more bizarre and attention-grabbing content.
McDonald's acknowledged the trend by tweeting a picture of the fuzzy purple mascot, but it remains unclear how the fast-food giant is responding to these unusual videos, or what initially sparked their creation.
