Jason Collier was the chief of the Stinnett Police Department, Texas, and by all means, a family man. That was until the world learned that he had a wife, an ex-wife, three fiances, and around 15 girlfriends.
What's even more shocking is that none of them had any idea about the others till recently. Until social media gave him away.
Monogamy's lost on many
While there's nothing strange to have an open relationship or be part of a throuple, the most important thing is honesty. You can't force a person to be monogamous, but you should expect some level of decency.

The one thing that separates cheaters from polygamists is consent. And Jason clearly didn't want to be seen as someone who can't be faithful to one woman. After all, he represented the law and family values, so he decided it's best to live several lives at once.

The father of four (that we know of) was outed by his former girlfriend on Facebook, and things got pretty heated fast since the story went viral in a matter of seconds.

We saw Lifetime movies with men leading double lives, but this man from Texas went a bit further. But, who dared to expose the Chief of Police and a good family man? His ex!
Cecily Steinmetz's shocking claims
Cecily Steinmetz, 39, accused Collier of living a "double/triple life" with at least two girlfriends while being married with four kids.

Steinmetz posted on Facebook what went down with Collier and their alleged affair. She even tagged the city of Stinnett, writing:
"Chief Jason Collier is living a double/triple life. I was his girlfriend until yesterday."
"He lied to me and presented me with fake annulment documents when I found out he was married. I also found out about a 2nd girlfriend, Kristi, last night. "
The Texas woman added:
"He has lied to us, our children, and asked us both to marry him. He is a poor representative of your town. He would also visit me in Amarillo when he was on shift."

The whole thing broke down when Kristi Shaffer saw a picture of Collier and Steinmetz. She commented, and the two ladies put two and two together.

Kristi and the cheater were even engaged. At the time, he wrote on his current wife's Opal Facebook wall, saying:
"I fall short daily of being the Godly husband."

Oh, please.
Jason's been placed on leave
City Manager Durk Downs gave a statement since there was no way to avoid the burning topic. He read:
"The city is taking this seriously and will be looking into any violations of city policy. Chief Jason Collier has been placed on leave while the city investigates."
"As per city policy, we will refrain from commenting on any personal issues of personnel in a public forum."
Collier is no longer present on social networks, but his ex and current girlfriends are busy swapping stories. So far, 15 of them came out, and they all say the same thing: they had no idea that Jason was taken.
The Internet's having a laugh
Though it's quite sad that a father of four is giving such a bad example, leave it to Twitter users to turn every story into a hilarious mess.
Here are just some of the tweets that will make you forget just how twisted and weird this whole Jason deal is. We can't fix it, so why not have a giggle about this man's ambitious plan with that many ladies.
And by the way, he's 41, yet he managed to keep up with all these women. We have to admire his stamina!
Pointing out the obvious: how will Jason manage going from over 15 women to zero?
