Johnny Depp has always insisted that the allegations his ex-wife Amber Heard made against him are false.

The alleged accusations are why he wants $50 million as compensation for damages, a punitive award worth about $350k, and attorneys' fees and court costs.

The 58-year-old actor has been facing several accusations at the Fairfax court. Among other things, Depp is also been accused of attacking Amber Heard.

In court, Heard and her attorneys explained that she had to use "All in One Correcting Kit" by Milani to hide the bruises and scars she got after getting assaulted by Depp.

She said that she had the makeup product with her in her purse all the time she was with him. Heard allegedly did this to conceal the injuries Depp inflicted on her so that the public would never see them.

One of Heard's lawyers had the concealer palette with her, and she retrieved it for the jury to see.

Unfortunately for Heard and her lawyers, Milani Cosmetics, the company that produces the makeup kit, said it had not released the concealer when she and Depp were in a relationship.

The company made it clear through TikTok that the concealer palette was released in 2017. Heard claimed that Depp abused her between 2013 and 2016.

In the caption, the company said "Let the record show that our Correcting kit launched in 2017."

In the post, one of Milani's employees was pointing to a PowerPoint presentation discussing various company products including the Correcting Kit Heard and her lawyers referenced. The company made it clear the product was released in 2017.

Nevertheless, the company did not clarify if there were any early samples of the products available before it was officially released. In the video, they also wrote that they were just trying to "provide the facts of the case."

Milani's video has already been watched more than three million times. Reactions to the company's response have attracted mixed reactions.

While some have praised the company, others are critical of its decision.

Some media outlets accused Milani Cosmetics of using the trial to promote themselves while insisting that companies don't have to act in this manner.

People's Reactions To The Company's Video

During the trial, Heard's lawyers also presented an email Depp had sent to Elton John as evidence against him.

Earlier, Depp claimed that Heard would always try to pick fights while asking him to stay because she said she "can't live" without him.

He had previously said that he would try to get away from the fights but had his head banged on the door because he had locked himself in the bathroom, where he was taking a shower.

Additionally, Depp claimed during the trial that his kids, Lily-Rose Depp (22) and John Christopher "Jack" Depp III (20), didn't like Heard.

However, the email shows that he had an unflattering name for Paradis.

It also says that the kids had fallen "head over heels" with Amber even though the "French extortionist (ex c***)" had tried to brainwash them against her.

In the past, Depp had said that Elton John had tried to help him get over his alcohol and drug addiction. This happened in the year 2013 before he eventually got married to Amber in 2015.

He messaged Elton thanking him for keeping him from getting "swallowed up by the monster." Depp told the court: "Elton was a dear friend who has been sober for 40 years... he wanted me to get clean, sober..."

However, Amber's lawyer, Benjamin Rottenborn, interrupted him saying he was going off-topic, and Depp simply said "I'll just stop talking."

The lawyer said he wanted to be respectful of the court's time and hoped Depp felt the same. Depp responded by saying he did not feel that he was wasting anyone's time.

In addition to the email with Elton John, there were other messages that had been retrieved from Depp's phone.
