Life's Too Short For Regrets, So Stop Taking It For Granted

Stop and smell the roses is more than just an expression. It's a philosophy of life. So, when are you going to start living it?

We work, argue, stress out, with our heads stuck between what was and what will be. We are continually taking life for granted, but we're so busy we don't even notice it.

Life's a one-time offer; there's no replay or fast forward. You have to be present, or you'll miss the most critical moments, and before you know it, you'll wonder what the heck happened?

Instead of wasting your last years in regret, why not just start living now, this very moment?

While you might ask yourself, "What is this chick talking about" ask yourself, when was the last time you were thankful for being alive? For having friends or a great partner? When was the last time you stopped and said look: "I'm here, I am so lucky!"

Living life to the fullest is about being grateful, understanding that nothing lasts forever, and nothing will ever be perfect.

There's no need to put on a fake smile because life gives you plenty of reasons to smile. Even when times are hard and you feel hopeless, there are the smallest miracles around you. Replace self-pity with gratefulness, and you'll be able to handle anything life throws at you.
