LA Rams Star Proposes To His Girlfriend After Super Bowl Win

La Rams Star Proposes To His Girlfriend After Super Bowl Win

After a 23-20 victory against the Cincinnati Bengals, Los Angeles Rams players made sure that it was a night to celebrate more than sports.

Last night, Los Angeles Rams safety Taylor Rapp earned a Super Bowl ring, but he had more reasons to celebrate than his teammates.

Rapp, 24, had two milestones after winning Super Bowl LVI and then proposing to his girlfriend, Dani Johnson, on the field. Dani and Taylor are high school sweethearts and parents to a dog named Ollie.

Apart from the actual game and the halftime, which was just as epic as one could imagine, this has to be the highlight of this year's Super Bowl.

Dr. Dre, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, 50 Cent, Mary J Blige, and Snoop Dogg took the atmosphere to another level with their performances in front of 70k lucky viewers. And in front of those same people, Rapp dropped on one knee and popped the question.

It could've been quite humiliating if Dani said no, but that, luckily, did not happen.

Sky News reports that the girlfriend had no idea that the proposal was on its way, and Rapp's teammates cheered when Dani accepted the proposal.

If you think that was the only loving surprise during the Super Bowl, you are in the wrong. Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson's wife went into labor during the game, so he skipped the celebrations and went straight to meet his new baby.

He posted a photo on Instagram hours later, looking both surprised and delighted, showing the world a happy and healthy newborn.

Congratulations to the champions on and off the field.
