Joe Exotic Announces He's Running For 2024 Presidency And He's Not Kidding

Joe Exotic has made a serious announcement regarding his candidacy for the presidency in the upcoming election.

Nearly three years have passed since Exotic's rise to fame, largely attributed to Netflix's Tiger King documentary which delved into the peculiar events that took place at the GW Zoo.

Despite being incarcerated for animal cruelty and attempted murder charges, the discredited former zookeeper has assured his supporters that his intention to run for president is not a joke.

Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage, commonly known as Exotic, acknowledged his present imprisonment in his campaign statement and claimed that he was only incarcerated due to "corruption" within the US Justice System (yes, that's right!).

The TV personality said: "Yes, I know I am in Federal Prison and you might think this is a joke but it's not. It is my Constitutional right to do this even from here."

He alleged that he had been wrongfully convicted with the assistance of others, stating: "I have been put here only because of the corruption in the Department of Justice, three felons that were told how to lie under oath to further this agenda."

In the letter, Exotic made a series of peculiar claims, including an assertion that the US government provides foreign nations with free tax money.

He said: "That is why I am doing this, to finally give you a voice and your freedom back without fear of living in a country that thinks they own you and can tell you how to live your life."

Concluding his statement, Exotic declares himself as "broke" and urges to "take this country back."

Exotic's interest in politics is not new, as he had previously made an unsuccessful attempt to run for Governor of Oklahoma in 2017 and had also participated in the 2016 presidential race, referring to himself as "broke as s**t" at the time.

It appears that he has maintained a fairly consistent brand over time.

It is improbable that Exotic will become the next commander-in-chief, as he is presently serving a 21-year prison sentence for allegedly attempting to hire two hitmen to murder Carol Baskin in January 2020.

Additionally, Exotic was found guilty of unlawfully selling cubs, falsifying records, and killing five tigers; nevertheless, he has consistently refuted these accusations.

In his campaign statement, he acknowledged the charges against him, stating: "The only thing I did was put five very old, crippled tigers to sleep in the most humane way possible and it was approved by my USDA Inspector, so it's time to get over it."

Furthermore, he criticized Baskin, claiming that she had "killed 226 tigers," and argued that most individuals consume meat, so it is "time to move past this issue."
