At the age of 32, Jennifer portrays the character of Maddie in the ribald comedy. Maddie's dire financial situation puts her at risk of losing the house inherited from her deceased mother.
Sony Pictures Entertainment has recently unveiled the provocative trailer for the comedy film No Hard Feelings. The movie features Jennifer Lawrence, aged 32, who plays the role of a financially struggling Uber driver. In the film, she receives an unusual proposition from a couple (Matthew Broderick and Laura Benanti) to date their 19-year-old son, Percy (Andrew Barth Feldman), via an online plea.
In one of the scenes, Lawrence's character Maddie asks Percy, "Mind if I touch your wiener?"
As Maddie is on the verge of losing her family home, she goes to great lengths to fulfill the parents' dubious plea and have sex with Percy. In a comical sequence of events, she goes skinny-dipping, entices him with Long Island iced tea, and abducts him in a van. Unfortunately, she ends up getting pepper-sprayed in the face.
Apart from Jennifer Lawrence, the movie's cast includes Natalie Morales, Hasan Minhaj, Kyle Mooney, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Scott MacArthur, and several others. Andrew Barth Feldman portrays the character of Percy, with Matthew Broderick as his father, and Laura Benanti as his mother.
The production team consists of John Phillips and Kerry Orent as producers, John Phillips and Alex Saks as senior producers, Naomi Odenkirk, Marc Provissiero, and Justine Ciarrocchi.
The screenplay for No Hard Feelings was co-written by Gene Stupnitsky and John Phillips, with Gene Stupnitsky serving as the film's director.
At the beginning of the trailer, Maddie departs from her residence only to discover that her car is being towed by a tow truck driver whom she supposedly dated before.
In an attempt to get out of the predicament, she informs the man towing her car, played by Ebon Moss-Bachrach, that she misses him. However, her plans from the previous night are at odds with her attempt to persuade him.
As Maddie endeavors to capture the attention of the tow truck driver, a muscular Italian man, clad solely in his underwear, abruptly exits her front door.
The alluring beefcake embraces Maddie from behind, while she denies to the tow truck driver that he is her "cousin," and simultaneously grabs her breasts.
The world premiere of the film is scheduled for June 23.
Maddie persists in attempting to seduce the "unf***able" and underage "kid," going to the extent of taking him to a club where he can drink alcohol.
After Maddie offers him a Long Island Iced Tea, he spills it on the table and grumbles, "This is the worst iced tea I've ever had!"
