Jana Kramer, a country music singer, and One Tree Hill star is divorcing former football player Mike Caussin. In the divorce papers, she filed she cited "inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences, and adultery."

The singer/actress, 37, has been married to Caussin for six years. However, in 2019, Mike's sex addiction started destroying their marriage.

Mike, 34, opened up about his troubles in the podcast Whine Down with Jana Kramer and Michael Caussin. Fans are devastated about the divorce. Yet, they also want to know what will happen to their favorite podcast.

Jana And Mike: The Way They Were

The couple tied the knot in 2015.

Their marital bliss lasted only a year. After becoming pregnant with their first child, a girl named Joline, Jana learned about the husband's affairs.

A year after, in 2017, they renewed their vows.

In November 2018, they welcomed the second baby, this time a son.

That's when the now-former couple started their podcast. Yet, after attending rehabilitation programs, Mike continued behaving in a manner that left Jana no choice but to file for a divorce.

Jana Speaks Up

Sharing on her Instagram, Jana explained what she is going through.

Clearly, she truly loved being married and wanted it to work.

But love is not enough. Her heartbreaking post might teach us how it feels to finally let go, despite wanting to stay so much.

The exes even wrote a book, released just months ago. The title The Good Fight: Wanting to Leave, Choosing to Stay, and the Powerful Practice for Loving Faithfully didn't age well.

Mike Cheated, Again

A source told People that Jana simply had had enough. The pair officially separated on April 20 since "he cheated and broke her trust again."

The same source added:

"After fighting for the marriage for so long, she's come to terms with the realization that his patterns were never going to change."

The couple's focus now is on their kids, Jolie Rae, 5 and Jace Joseph, 2.

According to a different source from Us Weekly, Jana was caught off guard. She thought "everything was fine" until she "uncovered a recent infidelity."

That's when she decided it's time to let Mike go.

Her fans have been sending messages of support to the singer and actress ever since the announcement.
