Jägermeister Launch Limited Edition Slayer Bottle

Jägermeister just released a limited edition Slayer bottle to honor the legendary Slayer thrashers.

The 1.75 liter Jägermeister bottle has been launched just a few days before Slayer's attendance at the Download Festival in June this year. And it features custom-made artwork that pays tribute to the thrash giants.

During the launching, Jägermeister posted on their website:

"For 40 years, Slayer's approach to music has won them hordes of dedicated metalheads around the world."

"They follow no one, setting their own path and dedicating themselves to dark and fast music that shows no mercy...We want to thank Slayer for the trail they've blazed, and also the fans for supporting Slayer and being a part of history."

Jägermeister is decked out in an engraved box, and only 500 bottles have been created for the promotion.

If you wish to taste the Slayer bottle, you can purchase it through Jägermeister online store.

Whether you intend to keep it as a collector's item or scream "SLAYER!" before taking shots of it, be sure to act fast because only 500 bottles are available.

The package can be personalized, and it costs only £100 on the Jägermeister website. However, they aren't offering shipment outside the UK for now. But we hope they'll look into the issue and allow Americans to buy and have the bottle in their locality.

You can also request one of your royal friends in the UK to have one of these Jägermeister bottles delivered to them on your behalf.

Kerry King, a Slayer guitarist, said after the launch:

"We've had some good times with Jägermeister through the years, we love that they're creating a limited edition bottle to recognize the end of our journey and it looks awesome."

"I'm honored that our friends at Jägermeister hold us in such high regard. I can't wait to get my hands on one!"

The UK's Jägermeister music manager, Tom Carson, added:

"We have enjoyed a longstanding friendship with Slayer, they're legends who have slain the game for almost 40 years. Releasing a special edition Slayer bottle is our way of celebrating their legacy."

Slayer is almost finalizing the US leg of the final world tour this week with Amon Amarth, Lamb of God, and the Cannibal Corpse. They'll then be hitting Europe on 4th July, where they'll perform in Poland.

As well, Slayer will also play in other festivals, including Graspop Metal Meeting, Sweden Rock Festival, Resurrection Fest, and Hellfest over the summer.
