Gena made the shocking confession through a TikTok video.
In the past, Gena has been with Nick Cannon, Chris Brown, and Chief Keef. She shared her experience through a TikTok video.
She revealed that she had no idea when or how she got infected with HIV. The doctor informed her that the disease had been in her body for at least eight to ten years.
In October 2015, she was out with Nick Cannon, and she was photographed with him by the paparazzi. She included some of the photos about them in the video she shared on TikTok.
She was also a model for Black Pyramid, a clothing brand owned by Chris Brown. The singer also shared Gena's photo on Instagram.
In December 2015, she was seen around Nick and Chief Keef in LA and NYC. In a video post, she revealed that she was hanging out with Chief Keef before going to New York to celebrate her birthday with Nick Cannon.
Still, Gena has not confirmed to have had any intimate relationships with the celebrities she said she knows.
She Went Untested For 8 To 10 Years, Almost Lost Her Life
In answering questions she was getting from her fans, the Instagram model revealed that she had spent about a decade without getting tested for AIDS. She only decided to get tested when her health started to suffer.
With some hesitation, she revealed that she had been raped many times when she was homeless in New York City. She said that this was probably how she got infected.
She also said she had gotten many free tattoos. AIDS can be spread through needles, which is why she also wonders if she got the disease through a "dirty needle."
The reason she did not speak up when she experienced these things, she confessed, was because she was "naive," "stupid," and "young."
The Model Lost A Lot Of Weight, Couldn't Walk, And Got Blind In One Eye
Gena, 27, revealed that she lost a lot of weight due to her disease. At one point, she weighed just 65 pounds.
She needed physical therapy to get her body into decent shape.
It seems like she got infected when she was aged between 17 and 19. This is the estimate her doctor made.
The news that she had AIDS was a massive shock to her. She felt weak and was unable to focus and talk.
She looked weak in a hospital bed in a picture she shared with her fans.
Due to the deadly virus, she is also unable to see in one eye. She also lost her ability to walk, but through therapy, she regained her ability to move around unassisted.

In 2015, she modeled for The Cover magazine. She is also a singer.
So far, she has done covers for Adele's "Hello." She also made a rendition of Electric Song by Alina Baraz in 2018.
