People can be jealous of influencers on social media due to their unending posts featuring delicious meals, lavish holidays, and expensive fashion choices.

However, an influencer known as Lisa Li has been exposed for having dog poo and rubbish in her flat. This was proven by the influencer's landlady.

Ms. Chen, the landlord, took a video of Lisa Li's apartment to show how she was lying to everyone that she was living big while having a completely different life.

Lisa Li lives a very lavish life based on her social media accounts, but her living situation tells a very different story.

Lisa has 1.1 million followers on Weibo, a Chinese social media site. According to her landlady, she owed 3,000 yuan ($450) in unpaid bills for the flat, which is located in the northern city of Xi'an.

Before sharing the video, the landlady had tried to get in touch with the influencer without success. That led to her decision to film her apartment and share it online.

That is the reason she revealed that her tenant was an online influencer who had over a million followers.

The shocking video has already had more than 6 million views. This resulted in a trending hashtag saying a "female internet celebrity left apartment full of poop."

Lisa's flat is full of old food, dog mess, and trash in the footage.

The influencer later defended herself, saying that she was away from the apartment due to a tight schedule. She argued that she had gone to the hospital before she took off on a business trip.

The influencer added that she had decided to leave her dog at her flat because she did not want to take it anywhere else. She did not clarify if anyone was keeping an eye on the dog.

She also explained the reason she had not responded to calls from her landlady. Lisa argued that she had gotten several messages and that is why she did not see Ms. Chen's calls.

Due to the mess Lisa left behind, Ms. Chen had to get help from professional cleaners. She would also not touch the "disgusting" flat and had to call the police due to the damage the influencer had left behind and the money she owed.

Once the video had gone viral, the influencer finally met with the landlady. The two were filmed having a handshake.

In a different clip, which Lisa shared on her Weibo account, she was seen saying sorry to her followers, who were critical of her decision to leave her flat in a mess.

Lisa admitted that she had complete responsibility for the incident. In addition, she promised that she would "clean overnight" to make sure the flat was restored.

In a rare clip of herself, she was seen sweeping up dog poo into a dustpan.

Unfortunately, her promise to clean up the apartment may have come a little too late. Some of her fans are already convinced that the influencer is "fake," with many vowing that they will not follow her account any longer.
