While some of us haven't seen our closest family members for months, influencers get to travel the world, as it's essential to their work. They can still visit any destination they want, despite the hard lockdowns.

As per the BBC, when UK influencers travel, it's for work. How, one might ask? Well, all they need to do is tag a brand, a sponsor to point out they weren't looking for sunny beaches or perfect remote getaways.

Sounds unfair, especially if you know that the traveling restrictions don't apply only to diplomats, doctors, and army, and other essential workers.

Whoever thought of it should be given a medal because it's pure nonsense. We're in the middle of one of the biggest pandemics in history, but influencers need to travel? Sure.

Keeping their presence alive

It's one thing to take care of your bills and do your part, whatever it may be. But, is it essential to travel to Rio or Barbados and pose in a bikini? Or take selfies in restaurants while most of the planet is trapped inside praying for their jobs and well-being?

We're all in this together, except we're not. Just like that stupid celebrity attempt to create world peace by singing Imagine, most of us are tired of being tired. Others are "working" hard on yachts, and if they bring back Covid-19 back to the UK, there's a big, fat chance they'll be fine. Most influencers are in their early 20s.

What's worrying is how many people they might infect, how many beds they might take. Are we that desperate that we have to put influencers above all the rules?
