A photographer named David Sasso recently shared his story about his dream coming true.
David loves Japan. His biggest wish was to visit this country and finally last year this long-desired wish came true for him.
He stayed in Tokyo for about two weeks in December, and he claims it was one of his best experiences in life.
Rule Number 1: Never Forget Your Camera
He never goes on a trip without his camera, and this was not an exception on this trip too. David took his camera with him, and he took a lot of excellent photos in the main neighborhoods of this beautiful city.
The City That Lives At Night
David shared how wonderful Tokyo is. He explained how the city comes to life during the night, and it was perfect to shoot some street photography.
He claimed:
"I love it when it rains because all the lights reflect like never before. I am a big fan of cinema, films like Enter The Void, Blade Runner, Akira, and Ghost In The Shell. They all have been a great source of inspiration for my photography art. I grew up with these movies, and I'm very fond of it, I advise everyone to see them!"
Some of the surreal photos he made were published online, and he was very content with the feedback he got.
Of course, who wouldn't love the colorful ambiance of Tokyo?
Next Stop
This travel experience was something that changed David's life in an instant. The young photographer wished he had more time to spend in Tokyo, but he's grateful for the opportunity to visit this marvelous city.
Unfortunately, he wasn't able to visit some places that were on his wishlist. But he would go and see Kyoto and Osaka someday in the future for sure.
He's counting the days when he can see Japan again. Until then, enjoy the gallery of marvelous pictures he made during his trip!
