Giuliani’s Michigan Witness Mellissa Carone Harassed, Sent Sex Videos To Boyfriend’s Ex

Mellisa Carone is better known as Rudy Guliani's Michigan witness, but now, the 33-year-old faces obscenity and computer crime charges for harassing a 42-year-old woman by sending her graphic videos and photos of her having sex with Stackpoole, the woman's ex-husband.

Mellisa harassed the woman, Jessica, between the years 2018 and 2019.

Later, the prosecutor's office at Wayne county said that Carone pleaded down the initial charges to disorderly conduct, which is a misdemeanor.

Police Called Several Times

Jessica had called the police about the harassment she was getting from Carone on several occasions between November 2018 and September 2019. When the harassment began, she got three videos from an unidentified email account that showed Carone having sex with her ex.

However, the police were able to track down the IP address based on the emails back to Carone. Even so, she denied sending the emails although she said she knew about the content.

Later, she admitted that she was guilty of sending the emails and that her goal was to send Jessica "over the top." She also revealed that she had asked her boyfriend, Matthew Stackpoole, to help hide her online activity using a new router and internet provider.

Witnessing Voter Fraud

After the harassment charges against Jessica, Carone had to serve a one-year probation sentence. Luckily for her, just as it was about to end, she got a contract from Dominion Voting Systems to do IT work at Detroit TCF Center.

It was while working there that she admitted to having witnessed runaway voter fraud, although she had no basis for her claims.

Why All This Harassment?

By August of 2019, Carone, along with her boyfriend Stackpoole, had harassed Jessica for about two years. According to official records, Carone did this as a way to get back at Jessica for the false statements she made about her in court.

In fact, even after the matter was reported to the authorities and Carone was warned against her behavior towards Jessica, she still couldn't stop.

First of all, Carone texted Jessica, which was in violation of a personal protection order already in place at the time.

In the following month, when the two saw each other outside the Southgate courthouse, Carone yelled "f**k you" at Jessica and gave her the finger.

Carone is a mother of two, and she told the police she was working towards a cybersecurity degree at the time she faced the charges. Currently, Carone and Stackpoole are apparently engaged, and Facebook photos imply that the two have recently had a baby together.

In another twist, Carone changed her story and said that her fiancé had sent the photos to his ex-wife, Jessica. Strangely, Stackpoole supported these claims.

Jessica remembers with bitterness what the couple has put her through. She holds that the videos were sent to her as a way to make it seem like she stole them since they used an email address that had her maiden name.

Whatever got this revenge mission started, Jessica clearly got more than she bargained for based on the relentless harassment she has received from her ex's current partner.
