Dream side gig alert—this company is looking for tasters for its gin.

The Local Gin Company is looking for gin enthusiasts to try their spirits. And in return, they'll give you a couple of free bottles of gin for your service.

Well, that'll certainly put a few lucky people in the holiday mood.

There are plenty of vacancies, though, with the UK-based company looking for two tasters in several locations. That includes London, the South East, the South West, the East of England, the Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber, the North East and the North West.

If selected for the panel of expert tasters, you'll be among the first to sample a range of premium dry and pink gins.

You'll then give 'honest feedback' and reviews of the booze.

This feedback will help the company determine which gins to put into its premium subscription gift boxes.

As per the ad, ideal candidates for this role must 'enjoy drinking gin served with tonic' and 'provide honest feedback to its gin selection team. And of course, you must be 18 and over to land the job.

In other gin news, one distillery has launched the world's strongest gin, which will no doubt dust off a few cobwebs.

According to reports, Anno Gin has created a spirit containing 95 percent alcohol by volume.

With the average bottle of gin having around a 40 percent alcohol by volume content, it's safe to say Anno Gin makes more than a few super-strong cocktails.

The extra-punchy beverage is flavored with coriander, nutmeg, fennel and licorice to off-set its strong taste.

And as its creator says, it's for those 'with a taste for adventure and pushing the limits of possibility.'
