Days after announcing the split from Emma Roberts, Garret Hedlund was arrested, according to initial reports from TMZ.

The American singer and actor is in custody in Franklin County in Tennessee due to public intoxication.

Garrett's bond has been set for 2100 dollars, and it has not been posted yet.

The Troy star split from Emma Roberts from March 2019 to January 2022. The couple has a son, Rhodes Robert Hedlund.

He joined Instagram only days ago.

In 2020, he was placed under three-year probation for driving while intoxicated. He passed out and crashed into a car with a woman and three children.

The family is suing the actor for the accident he caused on Jan. 24, 2020. He was speeding and had over twice the legal limit for alcohol at the time of the crash. This lawsuit came to light only a day before his latest stunt with drunk driving.

Considering his history of DUI, this time, Garret might face more legal troubles.
