Shockingly, that is exactly what happened when a girl's family discovered she was the notorious boxer's girlfriend.

That is before you even consider the fact that the girl is actually a stripper at Girl Collection, a Las Vegas strip club.

To be fair, Mayweather doesn't have the best reputation when it comes to relationships with women. At one time, he was juggling 7 girlfriends.

His reason: one girlfriend is too close to no girlfriend at all.

This time, he seems to have changed his ways as he is only seeing this lady, who happens to be a 29-year-old Briton called Ana Monroe.

"Her father tried explaining that to her but she's so in love with him she can't see past it, it's almost like she's been brainwashed."

That is hardly surprising, love tends to do that to people. So it makes sense that she would appear to have been brainwashed.

It's probably not that hard to imagine that a stripper's parents aren't exactly very supportive of her life choices, especially when the girl is trying to get involved with a man who cannot seem to stop himself from physically abusing his partners.

There are also rumors that the man can't read.

However, is the girl worth a little support from her family when the abusive partner is worth $500 million?
