Florida teacher is pregnant, and the father of her unborn child is her student, who is only 15 years old.

Though the teacher is charged, she won't say who the student she seduced and sexually abused is.

Heiry Calvi, 41, was arrested last Thursday for supposedly having an inappropriate relationship with the male student at JC Bermudez Doral Senior High School.

After she was in police custody, Calvi told the police that she was pregnant, but Calvi refused to name the pupil or to say how far along she was.

Since March, Calvi has been on leave when the police were first tipped off after some students saw the videos of the teacher having sex with a teenager.

In the police files, Calvi was charged with lewd and lascivious battery, offenses against students by authority figures, child neglect, unlawful use of a communications device.

Despite refusing to cooperate, the police already have ideas about who the father might be.

Nude Photos And Raunchy Messages On The Teacher's And The Child's Phone

Though his name remained unknown because he is a minor, the police have the teen's phone. They found intimate photos, nudes, and at least one "I love you" message.

Doral police spokesperson Rey Valdes told the media:

"A child does not have the legal authority to give consent even though the child may say 'this is OK.'"

"The responsibility is on the adult. ... You should trust your children, but as parents, you should always be cognizant of what your kids are doing and who they are hanging out with."

The teacher has worked in the same school since 2005. Authorities claim that Calvi and a young student became close when she started tutoring him at his home late last year.

They went to various locations, including Miami Beach.

The school district issued a statement about the case:

"Miami-Dade County Public Schools is disturbed by today's arrest involving inappropriate employee behavior. When the District was apprised of these allegations in March, the employee was immediately reassigned to a non-school site location."

"The District will begin employment termination proceedings and will ensure the individual is prevented from seeking future employment with this school system. M-DCPS will continue to review its employee training to ensure that our workforce is fully aware of the District's professional expectations of them and their ethical obligation to safeguard children."

Calvi was released on a $39,000 bond on Saturday. This is a developing case, and the updates will be presented in a timely matter.
